- Private viewings — see specific watches by prior arrangement
- Watch servicing drop-off & collection — hand your piece to our specialists in person
- Part exchange consultations — bring your watch for physical assessment
How to register interest
Appointments are released in batches and announced via our email newsletter and social media channels. We do not maintain a live booking calendar on this site.
To register your interest, email support@chancerywatches.com with:
- The type of appointment you need
- Preferred dates or general availability
- Watch model / reference (if applicable)
- Your contact number
We will contact you when suitable slots become available.

Appointments take place at our warehouse: Coldbath Square, Farringdon, London, United Kingdom, EC1R. This address is not open for walk-in visits without a confirmed booking.
Servicing without an appointment?
All servicing requires a scheduled slot. Read more on our Watch Servicing page, or post your watch via our insured returns process if you already have an agreed service order.
